tomazzotta Posted July 13, 2015 Posted July 13, 2015 Hi, we had an issue with one of our IWBs not going up or down. it looked like it was down to the power brick that is at the back of the board. so I took the power brick from a different IWB and it worked for about 5 seconds then stopped working... so I put the power brick back onto the other board and now I have two that wont work! any ideas? thanks

They will be able to determine if you have any warranty left and take the appropriate action. You can do this from the KB: PrometheanKB Thank you
