[sccm 2012] OSD - Cannot get a network driver to work

I've got some brand new Lenovo E550 laptops here i need to image but I'm tearing my hair out trying to get them to start imaging.

 

They load the boot image fine, then the "preparing network connections" window appears, after that nothing for about 10 seconds then it reboots itself. I've Done F8 > ipconfig and I'm seeing nothing, so it's obviously not loading the drivers. I've gone into the pre-installed windows installation and looked at the driver, I've downloaded both x64 and x86 version of that exact driver (same version and everything!) into both of my boot images but i can't get any life out of it and it's driving me insane.

 

Can anyone recommend anything i might not have tried?
