Outlook 365 Backup

Trying to backup all files and folders from a outlook 365 account and save to a local folder to view offline using outlook 2010

 

Is this possible?

 

I can connect to outlook 2010 but only the inbox is showing not other folders.

Not sure but you could get the 2016 Preview temporarily and then export the mail to PST file?

If you have Outlook setup on your machine you can still view your mail as it caches it to the local device anyway.

I can see the Inbox using outlook 2010 but its not giving me any of the folders that I have created to archive emails within 365.

 

Been looking at 3rd party software but still cant find a solution.
