Dos_Box Posted July 7, 2015 Posted July 7, 2015 Can anyone recommend a set of Bluetooth headphones I can wear when cycling? Don't worry, I'm not going to drown out the sound of traffic but really need something that does not trail wires or pops out every time you try and look around. Up to £25 (or slightly more if really good) would be ideal.
anthonyd Posted July 8, 2015 Posted July 8, 2015 Best pair I've come across are these: TECEVO F3 Freedom Bluetooth Stereo Earphones With: Amazon.co.uk: Electronics - not much good for running as I find they tend to fall out with the weight, but I use them all the time in the gym doing weights and rowing, so would imagine they'd be okay for cycling, they are in ear though so will block out a lot of sound if you're on the road. 1
truebluesteve Posted July 8, 2015 Posted July 8, 2015 I run most nights and use these little beauts Avantree Jogger Pro Bluetooth 4.0 Wireless Stereo: Amazon.co.uk: Electronics Had them since April last year and they have worked faultlessly. Sound quality is fine although obviously won't be as good as top end products, and the charge seems to last for ages (I think they say 7-8 hours of continuous use) 1
MkII Posted July 8, 2015 Posted July 8, 2015 These were about £28 recently on HUKD but I haven't seen them at that price since I quite fancied these. There's a newer model of those too.
Dos_Box Posted July 14, 2015 Author Posted July 14, 2015 Got my eyes on these: http://www.amazon.co.uk/TaoTronics-Wireless-Bluetooth-Headset-Microphone-Black/dp/B00B3QAFBY/ref=cm_cr_pr_pb_t Hopefully they will be in the Prime sale tomorrow (fingers crossed)
Norphy Posted July 14, 2015 Posted July 14, 2015 I realise that they cost considerably more than you'd want to spend but if you really want headphones on while cycling, I'd get a pair of these: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Aftershokz-Bluez-Wireless-Bluetooth-Headphone-Black/dp/B00JO9Y176 They sit on your cheek bones rather than over your ears so you can hear your music and your environment at the same time. I have the wired equivalents and I think they're great.
plexer Posted July 14, 2015 Posted July 14, 2015 I have these for working out http://www.amazon.co.uk/Bluetooth-Wireless-Running-Headphones-Hands-free/dp/B00OK5BELU/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1436902431&sr=1-1&keywords=bluetooth+headphones Ben
