MDT Lite touch image stuck at Define Machine role Student

I have an image which we rolled out but I think the password was wrong so it used to stop after the initial image was passed to the PC and we had to click on a LTIBootstrap file on the C: drive and then it would continue successfully. I corrected the password problem and did the necessary work to recapture the image. The image now gets passed the part were it previously got stuck but halts later in the process at a screen that says 'running action : Define Machine Roll - Student'. I 've left it for over a day just in case it was still trying to do something. If I turn the PC off it comes back on with a prompt saying that 'an existing in-progress deployment was found but is not in an expected state. Would you like to ignore this in-progress deployment and start a new one.' If I select NO it goes back to the 'define machine roll - Student' screen again and it just stays there. If I select YES then the machine restarts and looks like it has completed the reimaging process and lets me use the computer as normal. You would think that it has successfully completed however if I try to reimage that PC again I would receive the warning about an existing in progress image again. Something must be holding info on the marks the image as incomplete.

 

Can any help me get this image passed the define machine role stage?

What commands are being run during the 'Define Machine Roll - Student' task sequence?

CMD /C reg add "HKLM\Software\Capita" /v "Role" /t REG_SZ /d "Student Device"

Hmmm, very odd, obviously it shouldn't hang on that then, even if it wasn't being run as an administrator as it would just error out at the command prompt.

 

Before you rebuild the machine is there a C:\MiniNT folder present? If so try deleting that folder and redeploy, it has caused me issues when changing MDT settings before.

Just recaptured the image and their was definitely no miniNT folder there but the problem is still happening. The MiniNT folder is there now though and all the folders have todays date on them but all but the tools folder have an incorrect time on the date modified. Could there be a time issue somewhere.
