We are currently recruiting for a number of IT Technicians / Support technicians / helpdesk technicians/service desk technicians across the Essex area.

We are looking for candidates with experience within the education sector. Duties will include helpdesk, general maintenance and technical support.

We are looking for candidates with a selection of the following skills; desktop/server computing, database technologies, internet/cloud base application, mobile apps and internet securities, Microsoft.Net product set, web creation tools, web hosting technologies, ITIL/PRINCE2 methodology, SIMS , CC3 or CC4,VLE, learning environment, community connect, CMIS, whiteboard, smartboard , wcbs, ruckus, meru, windows server 2008/2012, infrastructure, Microsoft, windows, active directory, virtualisation, DNS/DHCP, SCCM and networking TCP/IP.

One of our roles requires a candidate SCCM qualified.
