Office 365 - folders disappeared!

A user has come to show me that her folders have disappeared in OWA. The emails are still there somewhere because she can find them when she searches for them.

Can anyone shed any light on this? The folders have not been deleted as far as I can see.

I cannot replicate this on my own account.

I have followed all sorts of advice from t'internet but to no avail

Sometimes out users have to click 'More' if they have a large number of folders.

Have you "Pinned" them?

I had something along the lines of this yesterday, can't work it out but I've lost every single email. They're not in my deleted box or any other folders.

Yes, I did know about "more" It isn't there

 

I don't know if she has pinned them - but I havent pinned mine and I can still see all the folders anyway

Conversations - a feature in OWA that groups emails, often inappropriately together meaning emails, folders, subfolders etc often appear to be not where they should. Should be somewhere at the top, sort by conversations or something.
