Just received an e-mail stating they are aware of the problem!

Same here- transparent is useless. Staff proxy seems about normal!

Reports are the 2 issues have been fixed. Everything seems good here again.

First I thought it was down to our network going pear shaped, then I saw the error message was squid so ignored it.
