Update & Install. Other Options?

Hi folks,

Just curious as to what others are using to update apps and other software, and install both OS and apps. Clearly Config Manager is one solution, but is anyone using Ninite Pro, EMCO Remote Installer, or other solutions? Good or bad experiences with any of these types of programs?
