tl82 Posted June 24, 2015 Posted June 24, 2015 I have been told to look into buying a couple new laptops. My minimum spec is at least i3, 4GB Ram and a screen size around 15". They will run on Win7 and preferably have a dvd drive. The laptop image is currently at around 80GB so I don't need a massive 1TB HDD. Does anyone have any recommendations on what to look into? Top end of the budget is about £400-£450 a laptop.
newpersn Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 Stone computers can sort you out. Is a SSD in your budget? 1
tmcd35 Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 I'd imagine VeryPC, Stone, or Novatech could sort you out with a very nice i3 with 8Gb Ram and 120Gb SSD for under £450. I bet VeryPC could even put your school logo on the lid (they're very good at that!). 2
Stone_Charli Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 Thanks @newpersn! @tl82 - we can certainly help you out with this, our NT310-H would do the trick. Feel free to drop me a PM with your details and I can put you in touch with one of our account managers. 1
VeryPC_Colin_M Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 Cheers @tmcd35, nice to be mentioned in the same boat as Stone and Novatech Terry. Hi @tl82 if we're on your radar, then I'd be delighted to help. Our laptops are configured to order so you can pick and mix from a wide range of options to meet budgetary and usage requirements. Feel free to get in touch. Best, Col
