Visit London, where you'll get shouted at or trampled on.

It's kinda funny (not for the tourist), but in reality if the guard didn't stop (and walked around instead) he would've been reprimanded by his CO.

Well it's not like they're going to stay there and mark time until they move out of the way, else people will end up standing in front of them and making them do it just to get photos/be prats.

Haha amazing :D

And on that day.. Bricks were produced from orifices they did not belong.

I like how there's a beaten path from where the guard will always patrol up and down lol.

A lot of the tourists don't realise they are all active serving soldiers on deployment to the queens guard.

It involves a lot of pomp and tradition but they are there to do a job and carry real firearms.

Is it wrong of me to be titillated by stupid people attempting to mess with the Queen's Guard? I think there is a general perception of them as a 'tourist attraction'. That they are not 'Serious' - like the Beefeater guards at the Tower of London (who are retired service personnel, with official duties, but whose role has become largely ceremonial since they run the tours). Because they wear unusual or strange looking uniforms, people forget that they are basically perimeter guards. They wouldn't react the same if they were in combat fatigues (for example), or body armour, yet they continually make the mistake of underestimating them.

I always find these videos entertaining because the shocked reactions of the morons never gets old lol.
