what licences do I need ERA etc to be legal (new to role)

Just been promoted and wanted to check what licences the school need to be legal.

 

playing music tv clips etc.

 

have ERA but cant find anything else yet

 

anyone have a check list that I can work through.

does this mean state schools are covered by the government.

ERA should be covered if your a state funded school/academy unless it's 16-19 according to the FAQ: Do I have a licence? - Educational Recording Agency | Licensing the use of educational broadcast material

 

Can't find mention of ERA+ any more, but that might just be me...
