I admin it, I'm a goon: 365 Support required!

Hello,

Dopey as I know I am, I can not recover my school's 365 admin account. We tested 365 about 3 years back and signed up for the free to school level, decided it was not for us but of late I want to look into it again. I know the email account we used however recovering the password requires 2 step verification and have changed phone numbers in the time so need does anyone have a decent education support link please?

In that time frame they may have decommissioned your tenant - they did it to me on a second tenant I'd registered and left for about a year.

You might find you have to re-register and do the initial config again.

I've always found the support i receive on office 365 issues to be amazing. And I've had quite a few from sync issues, transport rules, spam blocking, encryption. I've even been escalated to one of the guys on here, can't remember your name, sorry... He was great though 😀

I have got a lot of very good support from MS over Office 365 issues. First line support is fine but it is the second line guys who have really helped me.
