Why would you post that when it's offers no help whatsoever to the OP, if your LMGTFY had actually turned up some good results then fair enough but it doesn't.

It looks like a controller for an integrated IWB solution with height adjustment, speaker controls etc. Is there any context to what it does?

I even tried cropping the picture uploading it to google and doing an image search, nothing...

 

Need more info really, opening it up and seeing if there is any branding on the pcb is the next thing.

First thing I did was try to Google it and nothing came up. It has 2 CAT5 ports on the back for Master and Slave control and is controlling a Samsung flat screen, Denon receiver, Sony DVD, XBox. So it probably is just powers on and off the monitor and selects inputs. I may just replace it with another unit like an Extron MLC
