GRN Posted May 19, 2015 Posted May 19, 2015 I'm trying to identify a media controller that needs to be repaired. It appears to be a 232 controller with the numbers OB030506 and 0004281 on the chassis.

rom1984 Posted May 20, 2015 Posted May 20, 2015 lol I love that the only google results from the "let me google that for you" are back to this original post! Sorry bud I've no idea
plexer Posted May 20, 2015 Posted May 20, 2015 Let me google that for you Why would you post that when it's offers no help whatsoever to the OP, if your LMGTFY had actually turned up some good results then fair enough but it doesn't. Ben
3s-gtech Posted May 20, 2015 Posted May 20, 2015 Yup, that's a big fat neg rep invite. It looks like a controller for an integrated IWB solution with height adjustment, speaker controls etc. Is there any context to what it does?
GeekyPete Posted May 20, 2015 Posted May 20, 2015 I even tried cropping the picture uploading it to google and doing an image search, nothing... Need more info really, opening it up and seeing if there is any branding on the pcb is the next thing.
GRN Posted May 20, 2015 Author Posted May 20, 2015 First thing I did was try to Google it and nothing came up. It has 2 CAT5 ports on the back for Master and Slave control and is controlling a Samsung flat screen, Denon receiver, Sony DVD, XBox. So it probably is just powers on and off the monitor and selects inputs. I may just replace it with another unit like an Extron MLC
