[acs] Facility CMIS report writing

Are there any guides or anything to the syntax floating around?

 

I've been using facility for 3 years and attempting to write reports for 2 - I can do most things given enough time but it's a case of trial and error and cribbing bits of code from other reports.

 

It's a bit of a mystery to me still and I would like to feel more competent. Any help appreciated!

If you go to our support portal, which for Facility is Advanced firstline - Facility Support and log in (if you do not have a user account, request one from that page), then click this link (below), you should keep logged in and go straight to reporting functions. If you can't / don't, search for 'report syntax' on that page, and then under each thread, you'll see they're in the 'report functions' section; click report functions to take you to the list.

This is a list of the report functions, and how to use them. There's also a report catalogue on there too as well as all sorts of other info.

Just to add to what Mic has said - there's also our Answers forum where you can tap in to the reporting brains out there amongst the other schools.
