Kyocera - FS-c5350dn - Illegal Account Press Go

Hello

 

I am using windows 7 and microsoft word 2013. When i choose to print to the kyocera which has been connected through our server it says document sent to printer. Normally it would ask for a password entry but now it doesnt.

 

At the printer, it says 'Illegal Account press go'. I press go and it is still the same.

 

This is now the same for all computers connected to the printer.

 

I have tried removing the printer and adding again.

 

Can anyone help me with this?
