I logged into to MCP clicked book exam, selected the correct exam and the price was already set at £55

Attempted this earlier changed my job to student and sent my P60 along with a message about working in a school. Is there anything else I need to do?

I did the same but heard nothing after a few days so I chased it as couldn't submit again

I did practically the same thing as @dblight did. I'm still waiting to hear back from their support people

 

I eventually got pointed to the following form to submit my issues and request a verification key to be generated:

Don't bother with the live chat, you'll end up going round in circles. You'll eventually get a phone number to ring, who will give you a website link.... back to the chat! At least that's what happened to me. Use the form link I posted just above

Got it. I was sent a verification link which didn't work. Went back on the chat and was given a code to use instead. Genuinely had my doubts that this would work. Cheers to original poster and everyone that helped in this thread!
