  1. Sell your 770 use the extra cash to upgrade.
  2. I'd check your sound drivers, and which recording devices you can select (right click speaker icon > recording devices). You should have a device called 'stereo mix' which will allow you to record sounds from the PC. edit didn't notice that you said it works at home.. (doubt the above will help)
  3. I'd check registry policies for staff. Look for "specify which drives are hidden" you may find the drive letter you are trying to map is hidden.
  4. This is my current job. If anyone wants additional information please let me know.
  5. Got it. I was sent a verification link which didn't work. Went back on the chat and was given a code to use instead. Genuinely had my doubts that this would work. Cheers to original poster and everyone that helped in this thread!
  6. Don't seem to be getting anywhere with the live chat staff. Which option did you choose when using the live chat? General Enquiries?
  7. Attempted this earlier changed my job to student and sent my P60 along with a message about working in a school. Is there anything else I need to do?
  8. On PC with problem go to start control panel user accounts configure advanced user profile properties find the user and delete. Try logging in again as said user.
  9. 10.10.3 seems to have fixed it for me.
  10. Glad it helped someone. Not my fix though, some guy from the forum I linked.
  11. This appears to have fixed it for me. Single User Mode Cmd - S at boot. bash-3.2# mount -uw / bash-3.2# /usr/bin/nano /etc/rc.server #!/bin/sh /bin/echo BootCacheKludge Beta 1.0 - Chris Hotte 2015 - No rights/blame reserved. /usr/sbin/BootCacheControl jettison Ctrl-x to exit save file type reboot to restart. Apparently going to be fixed in 10.10.3 more info & Source https://jamfnation.jamfsoftware.com/....html?id=12589

  13. Thanks for that! Really saved me some time.
  14. try using users\all users\shared desktop instead.
  15. Had to do this today for some laptops applied the registry fixes (see attached). VolumeIcon and HideSCAPower applied to all user policy and HideSCANetwork applied to staff policy. The Power icon doesn't seem to appear without applying the VolumeIcon.reg. So they both need to be applied. Hopefully this will save someone some time since it took me about an hour to figure out.
