Batch File that rolls system back (including deleting files)

Hi All,

 

I'm currently looking to create a batch file that will roll the system back to a chosen point, and will delete any changes a user had made (creating folder and files mostly).

I have seen something like this before in hire laptops that resets them after the lease period, but i cant seem to find anything!

 

I have thought about just deleting the user account. bus some of the software we run licensed per user.. as you can imagine this causes a few problems!

note: the current operating system is Windows 7 Enterprise. The Laptops are not joined to the schools network and are stand alone. so have local user accounts etc.
