Since my downgrade by the LA due to the arbitrary JRE in which every LEA school and some Academies, planning and implementing strategy it is no longer in my JD I can only assist........Crazy but true!

Took a mild paycut but hey, so much easier now, no 60 - 70 hour weeks without overtime, anything done out of hours now has to be sanctioned and overtime given if necessary.

I'm kinda happy like! :)

Think I'm being really stupid but what goes into IT processes documentation? Is it just general KB/day to day tech documentation?

Rest I have put in place since I started here last year (except full software licensing which is a mess I still haven't started sorting properly yet, all the main bits are covered though). Still needs a lot of work in some areas but better than the nothing that was here when I started :)

Sorry for my ignorance Bossman, what is JRE?

In this context I assume it has something to do with Job Evaluation or Workforce Reform or whatever other name they are giving it now.

Normally it means Java Runtime Environment.
