Millgate Support

Hi all

 

Does anyone use, or have used in the past, Millgate for network support?

I have SCCM 2012R2, Server 2012R2, VMWare.

Just wondering if anyone has any experience of their support, good or bad .

We use Luke @ Millgate for lots of stuff. I like having a personal account manager who I can get on well with, but they do deliver on time, and where they are issues they are upfront and proactive.

 

I haven't used them to deliver networking support - but I know this is something they are pushing at the moment and would have no hesitation giving them a try. We used Novatech to build our core network, which is all fine and good for a bit of balance

Get in touch with Luke ( @Millgate ) we have used them for a while now for purchasing and the support is great! Always quick to get pricing, pick up on any details I have overlooked and generally the kit is sat in reception before I arrive the next day! I have spoken to various people in Millgate to do with various projects, servers, BYOD, etc and the support is flawless throughout. So get in touch with him and see what services you need looking after and I'm sure they will look after you

We've not used them for support but we did have a team of 3 out to fit a large motorised screen and projector in our hall. They went above and beyond what was expected and they cleaned up after themselves. Couldn't really ask for more

 

From what I understand the same guys do server support too.

We have a really good engineering dept. Engineers ranging from cable guys to Cisco approved SUPERMEN! If you drop me your details etc, I can put you in touch with schools and companies who we support on different levels
