win Posted February 24, 2015 Posted February 24, 2015 It seems that cloudbrowsers are unpopular due to circumventing internet filtering policies. Does anyone use RDP on these ipads so students can log into YOUR remote access server? This is one way of making java/flash work. Kind of ruins the concept of ipads, but at least it will work!
steewy Posted February 24, 2015 Posted February 24, 2015 We have a RDP server here and staff can use it but not students. I think it's too much time consuming settings up rdp on the iPads and explaining to students how it works and how to use it. For staff it's an other story as they like to have access to their software and documents while they are in a meeting. I think it's just quicker to use a computer and that's what they do, they just book a class set of laptops. 1
