Im having issues with multiple clients reporting 100% even when they're missing updates. The clients seem to have been installing the majority of updates yet key ones are not even though they are reporting as installed. This lead me to look further into the windows update logs and I noticed that none of the clients have updated the target groups to match the wsus server. No matter how many times they have been rebooted or moved into different groups they just keep reporting "(unassigned computers)" It seems that a large number are reporting this even though they seem to be updating fine. I have the wsus server to assign groups by the console, not client side. Any ideas what may be happening? A excerpt from the log is below.

Any help is appreciated :)
