Edu-IT Posted February 9, 2015 Posted February 9, 2015 We've got a particular student here who when using Lexia on the iPad, always encounters problems whereby the app just stops working and complains about connectivity or something else. We've given the child different iPad's to use, different accounts to sign in with, have tested in different areas of the building but we're not able to come to any determination on the problem. If I, or another colleague, use the same iPad in the same area, using the same accounts that the child has used, there are no issues. Any ideas? It's really bizarre and I'm losing the plot!
Shadow_Walker Posted February 10, 2015 Posted February 10, 2015 Could the child be accessing control centre by swiping up and turning off the wifi. That would explain it losing connectivity.
