gaz350b Posted February 6, 2015 Posted February 6, 2015 We're having a nightmare with our utouch screens, we have over 40 of them and are having issues with them honouring their warranties on faulty screens. They've had 1 unit for over 3 months for repair, Anyone else have utouch screens and having similar issues? Sadly we were early adopters of lcd panels with our new building and thankfully purchased them with 5 years warranty, just wish their support was worth it! Can't see us buying utouch again.
Tricky_Dicky Posted February 10, 2015 Posted February 10, 2015 Yes, we have had awful trouble with them. We have a few of there products and the customer support is terrible. We even paid extra for RS232 support on a 65" one so we could control it via Crestron and it just doesn't work properly. I'm really disappointed in them.
