We have suddenly got ONLY the first 10 images in a Google image search, the rest of the thumbnails are grey BUT they give the full image if you click them. NOT browser dependent. W7 clients and endian community filtering (can't find anything wrong here and nothing has been changed recently). The only thing that implies Endian may be at fault is the Pupils get all images, Admins get all images but Staff have the problem and these are three different firewall rules. There seems to be no recent changes to firewall, so rather confused!

I would suggest that you try to put your staff on to the pupil profile and then see if they get all the images ? If so it might be an issue with your endian configs. You can maybe compare the two filter settings from different profiles and then disable and enable filters until the issue is gone.

Thanks

Just grabbed this from the Bloxx website, you need a support account to see it, but i think it may be the issue...

Google Images is one of the many modern sites that serve the content of their web site over multiple domains, these are known as CDN's (Content Delivery Networks). If you find that Google Images does not display correctly you should ensure the following domain is allowed;

gstatic.com

When performing a Google Image search, typically the first 20 images are served from Google directly as base64 encoded images, beyond that they are served from one of Google's CDN - gstatic.com
