Has anyone done an IT Department customer Satisfaction Survey??

Hi all,

we did end up doing the survey and over all the responses were quite positive, which should encourage anyone else who maybe thinking of doing it, I've attached the questions we used and as a sweetener we did issue 3 USB sticks to 3 lucky winners. We also encouraged academic staff to get their students to fill in the survey as way of improving services for them.

Very nice incentive.

 

Maybe one day we will, new LM in Sep so perhaps after that we can do one. I am still working on a map of what we do which seems to be growing beyond an A3 sheet...
