Okotiec Posted January 30, 2015 Posted January 30, 2015 I have 3 users that have full permissions to a shared mailbox which is auto mapped to their E-mail. Recently when they try to forward or send E-mail from this particular share mailbox they get the following error Thismessage could not be sent. Try sending the message again later, or contact yournetwork administrator. Error is [0x80070005-00000000-00000000]. I have run powershell command to detach and disable the auto mapping of the shared mailbox and re-added it the traditional way, in accounts settings but this has not made any difference. short of archive the shared mailbox and recreating the account again, I can not think of how I can resolve this problem Kind Regards Charles
Oaktech Posted January 30, 2015 Posted January 30, 2015 (edited) Ok, so first of all have you removed the full access and send on behalf of permissions and re-added them. I've seen this before and simply updating permissions as above has fixed it. Edit: a quick google also brings up this: http://blog.groundx.se/error-0x80070005-00000000-00000000-outlook-2013/ Edited January 30, 2015 by Oaktech 1
