I have 3 users that have full permissions to a shared mailbox which is auto mapped to their E-mail. Recently when they try to forward or send E-mail from this particular share mailbox they get the following error
Thismessage could not be sent. Try sending the message again later, or contact yournetwork administrator. Error is [0x80070005-00000000-00000000].
I have run powershell command to detach and disable the auto mapping of the shared mailbox and re-added it the traditional way, in accounts settings but this has not made any difference.
short of archive the shared mailbox and recreating the account again, I can not think of how I can resolve this problem
