Setting up Log Me In Rescue to get through LGFL

Hi We Currently have Log Me In Rescue

 

We are trying to get access to a LGFL school however we have been informed that we need our Log Me In Set up.

 

Does anyone have any info on setting this up or have any experience in doing so that could help me out.

The LGFL school need to be setup to allow this option. Does the school use the OTP Tags? (One Time Passwords) and do they have the nessesary ports open (or easiest, allow Host is an IP) on the profile?

They are setup yes and im sure they use a OTP Tag. Do we need to do anything ourside in terms setting our Log me in rescue up?

Yea we get them to use Logmein123.com might try the 123rescue one.

 

Another school said that we needed to have a SSO id on our account any idea about that, both LMI and LGFL were pretty useless in helping me get something setup

Do you have a subscription for LogMeIn Rescue? I believe that if you do, there is some other stuff that needs to be done to allow it though using USO, I don't believe the normal version of LogMeIn Rescue works without doing this (although I could be wrong, its been a while since I've dealt with LogMeIn):
