mikkydoos Posted January 23, 2015 Posted January 23, 2015 Just showing a blank page. Browser title shows. No login. Works in some Firefox's. ??????????????????????????????
psycho98 Posted January 23, 2015 Posted January 23, 2015 Same problem there Microsoft must of been playing again , wish they would leave it alone
mikkydoos Posted January 23, 2015 Author Posted January 23, 2015 (edited) Its a Smoothwall HTTPS issue after installing the latest updates for me. I've turned off HTTPS inspection and it works. Will investigate and post later. Edited January 23, 2015 by mikkydoos 1
muppet Posted January 23, 2015 Posted January 23, 2015 Did you get anywhere with this? I installed the update this afternoon and guess what's happened to me too!?! Took your advice and turned off HTTPS Inspection for the time being, thanks. Has anyone from Smoothwall seen this thread?
Cache Posted January 23, 2015 Posted January 23, 2015 (edited) Update 83, not impressed. Add the following to a category which is set to Do Not Inspect for HTTPS inspection at the top of the policy list: msocdn.com office365.com microsoftonline-p.com akamaihd.net sc.imp.live.com clienttemplates.content.office.net support.content.office.net Edit: add collections.parcelforce.com to one too to keep your exam officer happy too if there's any more exams needing collecting. Seems to work for me. Cheers @Cache akamaihd.net is Facebook, Twitter etc host. Won't be adding that
tom_newton Posted January 26, 2015 Posted January 26, 2015 Update 85 should reflect this - update83 revoked some certificates a little early, and caused a few sites to break. I am surprised Microsoft are behind the curve on this one.
Oaktech Posted January 26, 2015 Posted January 26, 2015 Since they changed the site the other week, I've been having problems with users being unable to view attachments online in IE11, but that's all. We aren't using smoothwall for filtering, but it's a bit weird.
tom_newton Posted January 26, 2015 Posted January 26, 2015 This week - PM me your details and you will be at the top of the list!
Cache Posted January 26, 2015 Posted January 26, 2015 Seems to work for me. Cheers @Cache akamaihd.net is Facebook, Twitter etc host. Won't be adding that Couldn't remember whether akamaihd was something to do with the Office 365 admin portal or another website I was having issues with at the time - it has a certificate issue whether it was or not so might have been another site.
mikkydoos Posted January 26, 2015 Author Posted January 26, 2015 (edited) Smooth' have pushed me update 84 & 85 to resolve. Will know after the install tonight... Edited January 26, 2015 by mikkydoos
Cache Posted January 26, 2015 Posted January 26, 2015 Please let me know if it does! Have dropped Tom a PM and asked if I can have the updates released too.
mikkydoos Posted January 26, 2015 Author Posted January 26, 2015 Doing it midnight. Will post tomorrow
mikkydoos Posted January 27, 2015 Author Posted January 27, 2015 (edited) Doing it midnight. Will post tomorrow This can't be the new interface can it ? Some pages look fine but this is my dashboard now along with other pages!!! Someones messed up their style sheets or my update hasn't gone on properly! Fine in IE11, not Firefox. Whats yours like @Cache ? Edited January 27, 2015 by mikkydoos
Cache Posted January 27, 2015 Posted January 27, 2015 Mine's working fine and doesn't look anything like that - looks like it's no loading the css code for some reason? Sound's daft, but Smoothwall's in firefox's exception list and you've cleared the cache?
Cache Posted January 27, 2015 Posted January 27, 2015 Not sure then, tried mine in IE11, Firefox and Chrome and all 3 open the interface correctly. :/ Normally it's IE that does the screwy stuff for me.
