Active Directory Disable account with reason?

hi, is it possible to disable a user account and give a reason that shows up when they try to log in? I couldnt find anything on google.

Not through AD anyway...

 

I'm sure a custom home screen, Chrome kiosk mode and a logon script would do the job nicely.

 

 

Login > Chrome pops up fullscreen > "You ain't getting no computer because %reason%" > wait a bit > logoff

I move banned users into their own OU and present them with a logon message via GPO. Then there is a logon script set to log them off as soon as they log in.
