[ipad] iPad camera/vid recorder app with decent compression??

As I'm sure most of you are aware, the default Camera app on the iPad is pretty naff. We're running into an issue where students are recording videos in lessons, and a 2 min video is coming out at appx ~ 200mb in size, which is ridiculous!

 

I was thinking of disabling the Camera app using Meraki, then forcing a 3rd party app onto the device for students to use (one with half-decent video compression). Could anyone recommend a good app that does this? Preferably free
