That card at the top is a PCI-X card, and the slots you've got on the mobo are standard PCI and PCI-E.

 

I don't think it'll work, no.

It may work however will not work as efficiently as it should as its not a PCI-x slot just a PCI. The top slot is for a bag card never found owt yet to go in them bar via cards.

 

http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/PCI-X has a section near the end on compatibility. I have run a raid card similar to that in a hp desktop, it worked but was dog slow and had errors on the disk it claimed but was fine once in a full size socket

PCI-X cards are backwards compatible (i.e. will work) with standard PCI slots as I have 2 servers where I've had to fit PCI-X RAID cards into a normal PCI slot. The extra pins at the end provide extra bandwidth to the card but aren't imperative to the functionality of the card. This is in much the same way as PCI-e where a 16x Video card will work in a 1x (or 4x & 8x) slot if you cut out the plastic at the end of the slot to allow the card to fit. However, in both cases the speed at which the card operates will be reduced somewhat so you do need to factor that into whatever task you want the card to perform.

 

Also, the first picture shows that the card is keyed in such a way which will allow use in both 3.3v and 5v slots so as long as there's no obstructions where the extra pins will sit, you shouldn't have any problems.

The manual for the Adaptec 39320A PCI-X card implies that it would.

 

If the computer does not have a 64-bit slot, you can install the card in a 32-bit PCI slot. The Adaptec SCSI Card 39320A supports both 5V and 3.3V 64-bit slots. (The expansion slot must be compliant with PCI Rev. 2.1 or PCI-X Rev. 1.0 and must support Bus Mastering). (Source)

I can't see the card number from here, screen isn't very good.

 

So, apparently, it will work - but it'll be slow.
