Backing up Office 365

How do you backup Office 365 applications? Do you select one application you want to protect say e-mail and just concentrate on that and leave the rest.

I think backing up Office 365 is going to be far less of an issue compared to the likes of Zimbra for example. Microsoft have good retention policies, so the risk of losing e-mails is pretty small. You also have to consider the quotas in Office 365 are considerably larger than Link2ICT's Zimbra offering, so less of a requirement to delete e-mails.
