No specific experience, but a companies house check reveals some interesting numbers...

 

The company is only 2 years old, and from the 2013 accounts has the following:

Cash £13,750

Net Worth £4,306

Total Current Liabilities £118,503

Total Current Assets £71,860

 

Also, their websites look like a 1&1 template. I would be unkeen.

Cheers - I had checked companies house, but not having used 1&1 hadn't realised their website could well be based on a template.
