inVentry Visitor Management System

Afternoon all,

 

Just wondering if any schools are using the inVentry Visitor Management System on their site? Don't wish to contact the company directly at the moment as this could be along way off, if at all (staff resistance etc.)

 

If you do could you please provide feedback on how it simplified processes for you and if you use the full functionality, SIMS integration to log in late pupils and track staff who leave the site etc. Also from the tech aspect, how the install fared any hiccups etc.

We have two systems running in different parts of the building for staff sign in and out. For visitors it prints badges. It works well when we need to track visitors and print fire registers etc..

We don't have it linked with sims at the moment though.

 

The tech support is really good...any problems I've had they've remoted on and fixed straight away. If it's a hardware problem they come onsite.

Yep we use it but don't write back to sims. Works well, support is good and so far it's got better with each release.

We have it. Works pretty well but the software can be buggy and has quite a few spelling mistakes! I find it odd how it takes staff data out of sims but cannot export the SIMS photos.
