IcedBreeze Posted December 8, 2014 Posted December 8, 2014 Hi guys, Banging my head against a wall for this one... I have one single laptop that will not accept the Autumn update for SIMS through Solus 3, and the only error code I'm presented with is "One or more errors occurred..." Solus 3 can see the laptop, deploy the agent, deploy the latest update and as soon as I click 'deploy' on the laptop it waits a minute and then errors. I understand this is a pretty bleak description but I'm hoping someone might have experienced this error before and will be able to shed some light? Many thanks!
Cache Posted December 8, 2014 Posted December 8, 2014 I'd view the deployment log in the Solus3 GUI and see what it says, it'll give you a hint in the right direction. Also check the systemlog in the Solus3 directory on the client and see if there's any clue in there. 1

It turns out that even by uninstalling SIMS, previous deployments would still be kept on the machine in a hidden folder named Capita in ProgramData. I simply deleted the Capita folder, redeployed SIMS from Solus and it worked. 5
Giblets2 Posted December 17, 2015 Posted December 17, 2015 Thanks IcedBreeze, this just sorted the issue a year later for me! Happy Christmas!
elad2012 Posted December 6, 2018 Posted December 6, 2018 Thanks. This helped me today, almost 4 years later!
