August 2009 Stone PCs - TFX-250SAV PSUs

We seem to be having a problem at the moment in that the PSUs in our Stone August 2009 PCs are going pop left right and centre! Just replaced the fifth one since the start of this academic year!

 

Has anyone else got this model of PC or PSU with similar problems?

Yep, it's not just Stone PCs, we have had to replace pretty much every single one in our Viglen PCs from 2009-2010, at least once (same PSU model)!
