Lexia Reading Android App - Can anyone get this to work using a proxy

We already use Lexia Reading on our desktop computers and are now trialling using this on Android devices. The application works fine externally but I cannot get it to work at all inside school. We use a proxy and I am wondering if this is what is causing the issue.

 

Can anyone please let me know if they having managed to get the Lexia Reading Android App working with a proxy or if they have also had problems with this.
