I have exchange server 2007, I understand I can move everything over to Microsoft online for free. But I cant find a guide. Has anyone done this? I started this some time ago but a million other meltdowns have taken precedent.

I have a microsoft online account and have proven ownership of my domain and that is where I am at.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

I suggest you do a Cutover Migration.

For this you need to have SSL and Outlook Anywhere enabled on the Exchange server.

Use the Exchange Connectivity test tool to ensure Outlook Anywhere is working.

Then use the Exchange migration to do a Cutover migration and all users will be created with their data.

Assign passwords and licenses to the users and you are good to go.

thanks to everyone for the guides.

I need to take a step further back. I need to make organisational accounts by linking to active directory and also there is something weird going on as I seem to have lost a number of options. no exchange.png

Anyone got any ideas?
