Guys,

 

I seem to have a problem with my MainDC1, Group policy do not pull across and I get the following shown in the screen shots.

 

I can ping the DC from any PC and I can ping any other server from the MainDC1.

Any help would be great.

Is your JET database replicating correctly between the DCs? On 2012 this breaks all the damn time, and has to be manually restarted unless you change some settings. When it breaks, replication stops and your DCs play up. Event logs should show it. 2012 R2 DCs don't suffer from this in the same way (they auto fix the issue).
