[sims] Adding a registration group

Heya,

 

We have taken over a new building and there's about 10 kids in it. Currently someone has set up the reg group "New building Class" with all the kids in but i want to be able to separate the kids out into "New Building upper" and "New Building lower" and a few into another class. How do i go about adding reg groups and assigning them to teachers so they can take AM/PM registers?
