SIMS Learning Gateway mobile site showing up in IE

I am getting reports of some users accessing our SLG site using Internet Explorer 11 and getting the mobile site instead of the full site. I have failed to replicate this problem, so its proving difficult to diagnose.

Anyone had a similar problem? Any idea's?

Compatibility view, or change the user agent string to make it look like an older browser.

 

If SLG doesn't recognise the UA, I think it automatically serves the mobile view

Yeah, we get it very very occasionally with parents.

 

Running via the Compatibility view sorts the problem
