Further to my last projector post, does anyone know if its usually possible (or sensible) to get a DLP projector repaired?

The one in our hall keeps locking up - sometimes when switched on and in use or sometimes when in stand by (so, won't turn on). Only a hard power reset gets it working again.

A new one would be about £1000+ so, does anyone think such a fault could be reliably repaired?

Generally speaking DLP projectors aren't worth repairing if the problem is image related, however this sounds like a processing issue and could probably be dealt with economically.
