Physical Servers Backups

What are you using to back up your physical servers Hardware and Software, DC's ( AD, DHCP,DNS, the whole lot!!!, MIS Servers and so on??

Granular:

 

Data - robocopy

SIMS - SQL server backup script then Robocopy to move the files

Some critical servers - Windows Server Backup to iSCSI LUN

Hyper-V VMs - Windows Server Backup to iSCSI LUN

ESXi VMs - GhettoVCB to NFS NAS
