Google and staff mail pages issue

Hi guys.

 

Im getting an issue with some pages like google or staff mail pages on internet explorer. On both IE10 and IE11. When you go to google you have to scroll down to see the page. The strange thing is that not all pc s doing this. Even when they are identical. I get the same error on an administrator account as well as on a teacher account. Any ideas? I cleared and reset IE but that hasn't fixed it. Neither the compatibility view setting.

Could it be Smart ink? Ive just removed it and the problem seems to go. Very odd

Smart Ink.. we get this as well and its a pain.

Yes its a pain. Ms office used to take ages to load because of ink. But I think you have problems writing over eg. word if you remove it.
