Set start page for Office365 users by PowerShell, possible???

Is there a way I can set users Start Page via PowerShell.

It seems a bit hit and miss whether they go straight into Outlook or not.

I am setting the timezone and Location by powershell so they do not have to do that.

Cheers.

Hi,

Your users can configure the preferred start page by going in to Outlook Settings > Start Page

*NOTE - This change may not be applied to your tenant yet, but it's being rolled out so encourage you to go and check.

Yep, already changed mine to be the Admin page :D . But I might do what @FN-GM suggested and just change the link.

I use a redirect smart link on our TMG server which takes them to the page of my choice depending on what link their visit. e.g online.domain.com takes them to our sharepoint page, onedrive.domain.com takes them to their onedrive etc. It's dead handy as I can put shortcuts on the desktops that point to all these places, and also roll out weblinks to the iPads as well. Also with ADFS working it obviously doesn't need them to sign in when on an Academy PC, so it's dead slick (the principal loves it!)

Hi Maniac, is the solution you mentioned only in effect when accessing from on-campus? If so how do manage the differences when students access from home?

Thanks, Kev.
