SIMS Form Time Register Hashed out for a single form tutor.

One of our staff accounts is unable to take their Forms Register despite having the same permission sets as other form tutors (Class Teacher, Assessment Co-Ordinator)

 

If a different teacher with the same permission set logs into SIMS they are able to take her register using the same Workstation, has anyone seen this before?

Is this person in the system twice?

See if they can access it by using the method the other teachers were successful with, i.e. loading another teacher's register. If they can search for their own name and do it, then their user isn't correctly set up, and may be there twice as Phil said.

You could look in Manage classroom staff to see if when you click new, there is another available person with the same name too. They may have been added as new instead of calling up and using the user that exists in the personnel record.

 

As an aside, be careful with making all staff Assessment co-ordinators - that is a potential recipe for disaster.
